Meet Zack:
Background
My name’s Zack Nusser, and my introduction into fitness happened when I was about 6 years old getting into martial arts. While the fitness aspect wasn’t particularly important to me at the time, it helped keep me active and in shape throughout my childhood. When I got into high school I decided to switch to football, which is where I was introduced to weightlifting and more intense training. I quickly developed an obsession with fitness, in particular building muscle and getting lean to show it off.
It wasn’t long after my introduction into the world of fitness that I realized I wanted to make a career helping others do what came so naturally to me: getting in better shape. I knew immediately that I wanted to open my own fitness facility, so I started business school at the University of Louisville. Eventually, I made the realization that I didn’t need a business degree to start a business, and having an exercise science degree would increase my credibility as well as make me a better, more knowledgeable trainer. So, I changed majors, graduated with honors, and now I’m living my dream of running a training business where I get to help others change their lives for the better by improving their health and helping them to look and feel better all around.

My Types of Clients
Over the years I have worked with clients ranging from youth to the elderly, from high school athletes to stroke and cancer survivors, and from the severely underweight to the severely overweight. While I have fun training those who are motivated and ready to make all the changes necessary to reach their goals, I genuinely enjoy the challenge of working with those who are more resistant to change and need a deeper level of help. These are the ones who need help the most, and I make it my personal responsibility to see their success happen.
