Meet Hayden:
Background
Hey I’m Hayden, and I’m a trainer at ZNT. My earliest memory regarding my pursuit of fitness was at 5 years old. Somehow my dad had convinced me to run a 5K road race called The Anthem 5k. We wore similar track suits that matched on the top and bottom (yes, we were that cool) and was asked to take a picture for the newspaper after the race concluded. During this race I got my first taste of pushing through uncomfortable pain signals and I believe it was this moment that changed my fitness journey forever. My reason for becoming a trainer is simple. I believe that everyone has the potential to better their lives (mentally and physically) through fitness, and everyone deserves the best information and care possible. Normally you only see the elite of the elite athletes receiving the best training. I’m here to bridge that gap for the everyday 9-5 individual. I have diverse knowledge in several modalities of fitness including endurance, hypertrophy, strength and power, and Rehab techniques for injury. I also can provide extensive knowledge on proper supplements for any clients needs. As my time as a personal trainer, I have had many success stories, but I will share a couple now. First, as a first-time power lifting coach I took my client to the Kentucky state championships, and at the age of 61 was able to break the Kentucky state record in the deadlift TWICE on back-to-back lifts. Due to my highly individualized training program, he was able to improve when no one thought he could. Lastly, I began working with the University of Louisville’s starting punter when he was still in high school. After a few months he had increased his punt hang time to that of a professional NFL punter. I hope to facilitate his dream to become a professional punter in the NFL.

My Types of Clients
I work with individuals of all ages and from all backgrounds, but I strive to see the strength in people, so I love working with people who are willing do the work on their end (with as much guidance as they need) to better themselves.
